ASSOTECH can satisfy any air, water, powder-tightness and heat resistance requirements in the industrial field. Our experience and competence have allowed us to become the primary purveyor of many important international brands of the main industrial sectors – i.e. AGRICULTURE, RAILWAY, AUTOMOTIVE, CARAVAN, INDUSTRIAL CLEANING, ENERGY, ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES, FORKLIFTS and DRIVER CABINS.

Our first approach to the client is based on the understanding of their needs. Our experts are trained both technically and commercially, and their primary job is consulting, so to get a clearer overview of our clients’ requirements. The production of our rubber-, plastic- and silicone- profiles and seals, both compact and sponge, benefits from state of the art machines and technology, purposefully designed and created to deliver top performing products.
– Profiles/Seals
We produce Co-extruded, Mono-Compound elements, with or without Wire Carrier – Metal Carrier – Butile / Hot Melt – Coating – Flock – Bi-adhesive
– Vulcanization and adhesive bonding
All profiles/seals can also be manufactured as ring or frame elements through hot-vulcanization or adhesive bonding, this latter using proper rubber-friendly adhesives which do not crystallize and maintain a rubber-like elasticity.
– Die cuts, Milled elements/parts
Patterned die cuts are generally drawn from slabs/sheets of various sizes and materials – whether compact, sponge, with or without adhesive -. Once cut, these pieces can also be milled to improve their fitting and usability. Part pieces are drawn from extruded parts/profiles – i.e. soft or semi-rigid materials with a minimum length of 2 mm and a starting length tolerance of +0.2% on the nominal size

Assotech Srl addresses the market by designing, manufacturing and marketing, also for third parties, technical articles in rubber, pvc, silicon.

We guarantee the highest quality of the product, flexibility in scheduling the orders to allow us to create added value in terms of service, availability and efficiency.
Continuous is the improvement of the logistics activities as economically viable, in order to ensure the customer delivery of ordered products quickly and with lower level of back-orders, also acting on a high accuracy and reliability of the warehouse by ensuring goods in stock and with appropriate shipping packaging.

We want to minimize our impact on the environment by optimizing our process through efficiency improvement, from the point of view of energy and waste production, water consumption, by maintaining a very low impact on air quality, by applying a responsible chemical management.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Absence of accidents and occupational diseases are a strategic goal to maintain. In this sense, the greatest attention is mainly directed to the development of communication about the near-accidents, to the prior assessment of new processes or products and the impact of such new activities with risk indicators, as well as the awareness of suppliers who work at our sites. The compliance with applicable norms and law is constantly and regularly verified and applied.
