ASSOTECH A LONG FAMILY TRADITION
Our company is united, solid and professional. It follows a long tradition, which goes back to its founder, Antonio Benincasa, who started it in 1975. Such tradition, brought on by a strong family management, has remained intact and is now in the expert hands of the Benincasa family, Mrs. Adele Petrillo Benincasa, (President) and her children Mr. Nicola Benincasa (CEO) and Mr. Leonardo Benincasa, (General Manager).
The transition to the actual management – which smoothly took place between 2008 and 2012 – has seen our company consolidating its success and thriving even more, thanks to the additional experience and professional background of Mr. Massimo Stagni as well as to a very close and valuable Tech and Commercial team. Set on the green foothills of Pianoro, Assotech maintains its strong leadership in the production of EPDM, PVC– and SILICONE based CO-ESTRUDED seals, for a safe air- and/or water-tightness of any kind of latch.

Assotech’s future outlook keeps thriving thanks to its founder’s foresight, strengthened by the continuity granted by his children’s leadership in addition to a global-involvement based strategy, a close-knit successful team, and, last but not least, a solid and fruitful cooperation with both its suppliers and clients.
Already a leader as air, water, liquid and powder tight seals producer and supplier to all main industrial sectors – i.e. automotive, agricultural machinery and warehouse lift equipment cabins and up to the railway industry – Assotech has been constantly updating its know-how thus developing new processing techniques, year after year.
Such continuous improvement has allowed us to diversify our range of products, meeting many new and different industrial reality’s needs for rubber- and plastic-extruded components. Nonetheless, we believe that’s not yet enough. Our management’s commitment in setting up always new strategies to improve both our organization and our national and international market share is restless.
